I understand that once my hair extension service is complete, the style is considered final. If I choose to make any changes afterward, there may be an additional charge. I acknowledge that hair extensions are more delicate than natural, unprocessed hair and require special care. I’ve been informed about how to properly maintain them on a daily basis, and I’ll do my best to follow those guidelines to keep my extensions looking their best.

I know that brushing too roughly or pulling on the extensions can cause damage or even pull them from the roots, and I take full responsibility for handling them with care. I’ve approved the hair extensions being installed and understand that if I later decide not to keep them, I’m still responsible for the cost of the service provided.

I agree not to attempt to remove the extensions myself at home and I understand that with proper care, the extension install should last between 4 to 8 weeks until I need them reinstalled. I understand with proper care the hair extensions themselves should last for up to 9 - 12 months. I understand that my hair extensions cannot be lightened in color. If I have any sensitivities or allergies, I understand that my stylist and salon are not responsible for any unexpected reactions. I understand that my hair extensions are final purchase, and I have agreed to the custom color chosen.
