At Cultivate Hair Co., we are committed to providing exceptional service and an outstanding experience for all our clients. To ensure that we can serve you to the best of our ability, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies.​
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the booked service before rescheduling.
No-Show Policy:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. If we’re unable to accommodate you due to the delay and no prior notice was given, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are required to pay 100% of the missed service before any new appointments can be scheduled. This policy allows us to respect our stylists' time and serve all clients fairly.

Children Policy
At Cultivate Hair Co., we love our little ones! However, to maintain a calm, safe, and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that children only accompany you to the salon if they have a scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens! If an emergency or unexpected situation arises and you need to bring your child to your appointment, please reach out to your stylist ahead of time. We'll do our best to accommodate you, or we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Refund Policy:
At Cultivate Hair Co., we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We pride ourselves on our high standards and customer satisfaction, please understand that all sales are final.
Service Satisfaction & Adjustments:
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Complimentary redo services can be scheduled within two weeks of the original service date, provided that the request is due to unmet expectations of the work performed.
Please note: If the issue arises from not following proper aftercare instructions, a complimentary redo will not be offered. Also, any adjustments must align with the original consultation. If the adjustments requested differ from the initial plan, or if the request is made more than 24 hours after the appointment, a full payment will be required. Additionally, if you change your mind about a service after it has been completed, full payment will be due as this is not the fault of the stylist.​
